Mimmo Mandaradoni, the founder of the company, started his career in the Sicilian Confectionery at 10 years old. For 21 years he worked as an employee and in December 1977 he started his own business. Since then, the Pasticceria Mimmo Mandaradoni is located in Terravecchia Street, in the old town.
